Flatulator Terms of Use

These Terms of Use apply to the Flatulator mobile app and the flatulator.com website. By using the app or website, you agree to use them responsibly and in a way that follows applicable laws.

Use of the App and Website

Flatulator is a calculator and playful math utility with cartoon humor, sounds, themes, and related educational or entertainment features. You may use the app and website for personal, family, educational, and ordinary calculator use.

Entertainment and Educational Utility

Flatulator is designed to make calculator use more fun. It is not a professional financial, engineering, medical, legal, or safety-critical calculation tool.

Calculator Accuracy

Flatulator aims to calculate correctly, but you should verify critical calculations with another trusted source. Do not rely on Flatulator alone for decisions where an incorrect calculation could cause harm, loss, or legal consequences.

Premium Subscription Terms

Premium is planned as an optional yearly upgrade. If Premium is available in your app version, it may unlock extra themes, sound packs, mascot reactions, playful practice extras, and future premium updates.

Premium renews yearly unless cancelled through Google Play before renewal. Subscription billing, cancellation, refunds, and payment methods are handled by Google Play, not directly by Flatulator.

No Guarantee of Uninterrupted Service

The website, store listings, support email, and future Premium features may change, pause, or be unavailable from time to time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

Intellectual Property

Flatulator's name, branding, mascot, artwork, interface design, website, and app content are owned by their respective rights holders. You may not copy, sell, repackage, or misuse them without permission.

Acceptable Use

Do not use Flatulator or flatulator.com to break the law, interfere with the app or website, reverse engineer protected portions of the app, misuse support contacts, or impersonate Flatulator.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent allowed by law, Flatulator is provided as-is and without warranties. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages from use of the app or website.
