How do I contact support?

Email inquires@flatulator.com with your device model, app version, what happened, and the steps that reproduce the issue.

How do I restore purchases?

Restore Purchases is planned for the Premium flow. When Premium is live, use the in-app restore option while signed into the Google Play account that bought the subscription.

The sounds are not playing. What should I check?

Check your device volume, silent mode, app sound settings, quiet mode, and any Bluetooth output device. If the issue continues, restart the app and email support.

The app is not calculating correctly. What should I send?

Send the exact expression, the result you expected, the result Flatulator showed, and whether you were using Basic, Scientific, Time Calculator, or Graphing tools.

How do I cancel Premium?

When Premium is available, subscriptions are cancelled through Google Play: open Google Play, choose Payments and subscriptions, select the subscription, then cancel.
